2.1 Our cushions are made to order using a print-on-demand model. Each product is unique and printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
2.2 Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, slight variations in color, design placement, and appearance may occur.
3.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all details, including delivery address and product options, are correct.
3.2 All orders are subject to availability. In the event of product unavailability, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to choose a replacement product.
4.1 We offer US/Canada wide shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping.
4.2 Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the order has been shipped.
The items on this site are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be shipped. The item will ship directly from Montreal, QB (Canada orders) or Champlain, NY (USA orders
*All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and usually arrive within 1-7 business days. Tracking will be sent to you once your parcel ships
*All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Tracking will be sent to you once your parcel ships

5.1 Each piece is locally printed and handmade for you. There may be slight variations. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
5.2 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem.
5.3 Refunds will only be issued in the case of defective or damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.1 All designs, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Juanette van Staden Design and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
6.2 Any use of our intellectual property without authorization may result in legal action.
7.1 Juanette van Staden Design is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
7.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Occasionally a product may have a sewing defect like a hole, caught fabric or incorrectly secured stitches. A sewing defect is a flaw in the sewing that makes the product unusable for its intended purpose. Please report any defects as soon as detected.
